I'm on the will call list, how do I pick up my physical tickets?
There will be a well marked will-call area right in front of the gates. Please have photo I.D. ready when you arrive.
Can I bring a lawn chair into the venue?
No, the city does not allow chairs on the pier.
Can I leave the concert area and come back in later?
We have a strict no-readmission policy. Be ready to rock when you arrive at the venue.
What if it rains?
Let's hope that doesn't happen. Machigonne is rain-or-shine event though.
Can I bring my kids?
Machigonne is an all-ages, family friendly event. Children under 8 do not require a ticket for admission.
I love beer, can I bring my own to the show?
Nope, but there will be a beer garden featuring frosty cold brews (and wine) that is generously provided by Nappi Distributors. 21+ with valid ID required for entrance.
I get hungry after I drink beer...what on earth will I do then?
We have two great food vendors on the pier with us this year. Our good friend Vinny will be providing classic festival foods such as Sausages, Hot Dogs, Hamburgers, Fries, and ice cold non-alcoholic beverages. The folks over at Spartan Grill will also be in attendance, featuring delicious Gyros, Falafel wraps, and other Mediterranean style deliciousness.
What time does the show start?
Gates open at 4 pm. Music starts promptly at 5 pm. Check the schedule page for exact times.

The first annual Machigonne Festival derives it's name from the Native American word for Portland. This community-wide event will feature Ray
Lamontagne and The Rustic Overtones, two of the most successful performing artists to come out of Maine. The festival will also include
Gypsy Tailwind, The Jason Spooner Trio, Gavin Castelton and Marie Morsehead plus
excellent food and craft vendors.
Proceeds from the concert will go directly to The Jessie Fund. The
Jessie Fund is a public charity dedicated to supporting children
with cancer. Currently, on of the charity's primary beneficiaries
is the Maine Children's Cancer Program (MCCP). All administrative
work for the fund is performed by volunteers: 90% of donations go
toward helping those in need. In coordination with the MCCP,
donations are used to:
• ensure that children
diagnosed with cancer get the best possible care regardless of
their family's ability to pay.
• provide counseling and
support to children with cancer and their families.
• support research into progressive methods of treating childhood
cancers.
